poor service I made an appointment for my truck for the following day and did it online. I specifically wrote what needed to be done to the truck. A few hours la I made an appointment for my truck for the following day and did it online. I specifically wrote what needed to be done to the truck. A few hours later, I was called by a woman service writer and we specifically went over everything that I needed completed. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. I stood by the door at service for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. It seemed busy but there was only one customer besides myself in the service office. The office had 3 people there that were on the phone and trying to look busy. The scruffy face white male service writer finally acknowledge me and asked the black male service writer to help me. He asked if I was there for an oil change and when I said no he continue to look at his computer and nothing else was said by him. I waited 10 more minutes and the white female service writer asked me if I was there for an oil change. When I said no, she turned around and started looking at her computer and nothing else was said. So after another 10 minutes the scruffy faced white guy came back in and he asked both of them why I have not been helped. They both said, " Well, he is not here for an oil change" in unison. So he asked me what I was there for and I said, " service and I have an appointment. " he continued with, "we are busy." After a few more minutes, since he saw I was not going to leave he finally asked me my name. He looked up the appointment and stated that we are not going to repair any of these items and if your vehicle stays here with us we will charge you a lot of money and not fix any of the problems with the truck. Of course I left! More
