Dissatisfied Customer As far as service Damian is the best. He is very attentive, friendly and customer oriented. From the beginning he has been the same. No matter how many times I’ve come in he makes it a point of remembering my name. I’m always loyal to the dealership in which I purchase my cars. Now sales is another story. I will take most of the blame for the dissatisfaction but when I came back with the vehicle and stated I didn’t like the vehicle I was made to feel as it was a done deal and nothing could be done because I brought the farm sort of speaking. I think this is where this dealership dropped the ball. If someone come back dissatisfied even if it is the customers fault you could work just a wee bit harder to see if there is some way you could make it right. I hate car and my next purchase will definitely be some where else. More
