Great Service Away From Home Our Chevy camper van (Roadtrek) was having some vibration issues and steering was swaying to the right on a trip from Kentucky to Pooler. I contacted Our Chevy camper van (Roadtrek) was having some vibration issues and steering was swaying to the right on a trip from Kentucky to Pooler. I contacted Vaden as soon as we arrived in Pooler and worked with KIRK TAJIRIAN to get our van in for service: alignment and balancing. They found the tires were shot and could not be balanced. Kurt priced out several brands of tires, we chose BFGoodrich, and they had us back on the road in one day. The return trip home was the smoothest ride we had ever had in the Roadtrek. The price of the 4 tires was very competitive with Costco, Tirerack and Discount Tires. Oil change, inspection of major components, tire balance, alignment, and 4 new tires, with tax and fees was about $900 - great price and great service. I will use them again when I visit Pooler. More

Vaden traded my way! I really didn’t go there to trade, just to get a recall done. I test drove several trucks & liked several trucks. I told salesman where I could be at or less with what accessories I wanted. They had to find my truck I had wanted and they called back letting me know it was to be there next day, it was. To my surprise it was below price quoted. A few glitches on accessories & communication. But overall when dust settled I realized they done exactly what they said they would do. I do apologize for any negative comments I made at the sales and service managers. They won my trust. Vaden rocks!!! More
