Great Selection, low down payment We purchased an vehicle back in 2013 from JD Byrider so we went back to the dealership in Desoto We had a good payment history with them, never late. They did not have a great selection of cars that fit our needs, but there was on Minivan on the lot that we was interested in. JD Byrider still wanted a higher down payment, even though we had a good payment history. So we decided to look elsewhere. I found VP Auto Sales online, and what attracted me to them was: The great selection of cars available, (we were in the market for a SUV). They had several!!!! very bad experience not honest to you at All. I bout a truck same week transmission started to slip. I took it back to Gloria at the Service department. She rode with me in the truck and seen wha I bout a truck same week transmission started to slip. I took it back to Gloria at the Service department. She rode with me in the truck and seen what it was doing tell me it need transmission service. I took it to get it service and thy would not do it telling me the transmission was bad. So I took the truck to transmission specialist and thy told me it was bad and I had them to contact Gloria so thy can tell them what's wrong. So I took it back to the car lot. And Gloria said thy guy said its nothing wrong. I even have print out from the transmission specialist and gave to her. But the same thing nothing wrong I took it to a Chevrolet house thy look at it and told me the transmission was slipping. So I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau and with the state attorney general. And contact senator Royce west and I don't even like going to my uncle for problems but this is to much of a problem something have to be done with car lots miss using people in the community that don't have a lot of money. More

Amazing dealership I've had credit problems in the past. There where times I did not make good decisions regarding my credit.
