My amazing experience with VP Auto Sales I have been dealing with VP Auto for almost a year now and my experience has been awesome. From the time I bought my vehicle till now. They buying pro I have been dealing with VP Auto for almost a year now and my experience has been awesome. From the time I bought my vehicle till now. They buying process was great. They helped me picked out a vehicle that was up to my needs. They explained everything in full and had wonderful customer service. I really enjoy being a customer with VP Auto. I would recommend them to any and everyone I come across who needs a vehicle. Someone is always available to take your call when you call them. They are also very understanding. I really do appreciate VP Auto. Thank you VP Auto Sales !! More

Poor Awful Customer Service Horrible Customer Service. They recently took a payment out of my account that was not authorized. I called to speak with them and they said they wo Horrible Customer Service. They recently took a payment out of my account that was not authorized. I called to speak with them and they said they would refund the money, well of course that did not happen and when I called back to see why they were completely rude. After hanging up with them they called right back to inform me that I was a new customer, really a new customer, over 6 years with them and three cars, but I am new customer? Still no refund and talked to like I am trash? I will never have a good thing to say about this place going forward for sure. There will never get a good recommendation either. I have also reported them to the BBB, hopefully these post will be read as well as the other post I see about these crooks and will stop someone from wasting their money here. There are so many other places I have since researched and will be getting my business going forward. More

Unorganized Company Been with this place for almost a year and they are FULL OF IT! I do NOT recommend doing business with them. The communication is EXTREMELY poor. Oh and if you do decide to go there do not let their shop touch your vehicle.... Please do not go to this place based off reviews. They have their customers write a nice review for them for a chance to get 25 dollars. If I could post the picture of that I would... The place is intriguing, but there are so many unpleasant things that are done behind closed doors. More
