I love this company. They did everything in their power to get me in the car I really wanted. When my car messed up, the VP team took care of the issue within a day and returned my car to me. The repair was very inexpensive and they made sure they accommodated me and made a way so that I wouldn't be out of a car while they were repairing mine. I am a single mother of 2 small kids and stuck in a broke down car. I did not think I was able to get into anything else due to my credit and time at job. Unfortunately, not long after I started having issues with it. But not to worry, they picked the car up and had it fixed at no charge! VP is a great place to get a car from, I would refer any one. We were in need of a car. After going to over 10 dealerships and hearing the same story (they couldnt help us), we called up to VP Auto Sales. They approved us almost immediately and gave us the category (price range) we ft in to. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, especially those with credit problems or what not. Our finance contact has been Linda and she has been wonderful! We have a payment due on the 1st and the 15th. I get paid every two weeks and sometimes those Fridays I get paid are after those dates. We just call and let Linda know the exact date its coming and she works with us! Never had an issue. Our vehicle has held up fairly well, with minimal issues. But remember we bought a used car, not a new car so this is typical. Overall, we had a great experience and the sales men are more than willing to extend an arm. More

I gave VP Auto Sales all 5's because when I went in to get my car Hayden and Graham were very helpful and not pushy! They have the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at to get my car Hayden and Graham were very helpful and not pushy! They have the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a car dealership. I came into their business late, around 6ish and Hayden and Graham both stayed there with me until almost 9 to ensure that I left with my car that day. Hayden, my salesman, never complained or griped that it was late or said to me that because it was late I would have to come back the next day. Please keep in mind I walked in without an appointment!! Graham, my finance guy, was also there and he too never said a word about it being late or anything. Both of those guys are very good at what they do!! I would recommend VP Auto Sales to anyone who asks. More
