Failed to perform basic diagnosis I dropped of my V6 Accord 07 by the night drop off, and I requested [Diagnostics to check intermittent engine starting]. They wanted to perform a call I dropped of my V6 Accord 07 by the night drop off, and I requested [Diagnostics to check intermittent engine starting]. They wanted to perform a call back item (for the power steering) which I did not care about. I allowed them to do hoping that they will help me with my problem. To my disappointment and losing third day without the car. They told me that their guess is that it might be either the ignition switch or the starter. I authorized them to replace the ignition switch and I declined the steep cost they wanted for the starter $700.00. They gave me my car back without finding the cause of the problem and they charged me $220.00 that I paid just to get my car back and never return to this delaer. More

His professionalism and patience with my choice of car made my 3 hours of journey to your dealership worth the entire trip! He went to great lengths with me; granted all of my requests in my examination of an, 09 Honda Civic Si. After polite and cordial negotiations with one another, he ultimately earned my business. I'm so happy with my choice. Not once feeling any pressure to do anything that I didn't feel comfortable with!!!
