She mentioned about the diagnostic testing to be done and she would call me right away with the results. They were just about to close so the testing was not going to get done until the next day. She asked if someone was coming to pick me up. I stated my wife would be here in about a half hour. At that time she offered me a Loaner Car which I could return after work the following day. I accepted. My wife didn't have to come pick me up and the problem with the car was corrected the following day. Thank you Tara for providing excellent customer service! More
Consumer fraud This company sold me a 2015 Nissan Altima that was in an accident prior to me purchase. Discovered was totally defaced, many alterations on the car. I signed a contract for a orginal vehicle,not a vehicle that was rebuilded...Now they will not give me a refund for the car. The company have causes tremendous financial hardship, and lost all respect for new cars!!! More

I have been maintaining my vehicles @ VIP Honda for the past 12 years & can only say positive things about the service department. Gil Cotto, my sales representative, was a wonderful person to work with -- caring, attentive, knowledgeable. He guided me through every step & set up my cell phone with blue tooth & demonstrated a number of new features. Rita Duffy, customer service manager, explained the VIP Honda Rewards Program. Vanessa worked with me on the financial details. My relationship with VIP started in the service department and I look forward to working with them -- Gwen, Phil, Ted & now Gil.
