I found myself in the position of needing a car fast. My wife and I work at opposite ends of our county and my vehicle had suffered a serious brake failure. I had seen VIP's commercials, so I went to their web site to search their inventory. I found several vehicles I was interested in, most in Maple Shade where I work, and 1 in Bridgeton. I called the dealership (it was about 7pm), and spoke with Jim Mauro. Jim was welcoming and very helpful, we discussed the problems with my truck and that I had seen several units I wanted to check out. When i mentioned that one was in Bridgeton and that I didn't think i could get down there to see it he offered to bring it to Maple Shade for me! I made an appointment for the following afternoon. My wife picked me up from work and we arrived at the store about 4:30pm. Once again Jim was very friendly, allowing me to take my time looking and test driving the vehicles I liked without being over my shoulder or trying to lean me toward any one vehicle. After I settled on one choice, Jim went over it with me explaining what they still needed to attend to on the vehicle and assuring me all would be fine. Next Jim went to work securing financing. A short time later not only was I presented a proposal with an excellent rate and a payment I could afford, it included a powertrain warranty, and they even gave me a MORE than fair trade in price on my truck! That night I drove home my awesome 2007 Nissan Pathfinder SE that night! Now, Jim will tell you he was only doing his job, but I'm here to tell you he goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. They have a banner in the office that states they treat you like a VIP and boy do they ever!! More

My wife and I were looking around for a second vehicle since I am starting a new job and we have another baby on the way. I have been to many car lots and talked with many dealers, which have been discouraging until I saw the commercial that Jim showcased on TV recently. When they 100% guarantee, let’s talk about that for just a second. Take these things into consideration when looking for a vehicle: 1. Please don’t go there with a 300 credit score, making $5/hour and desiring a 2015 Mercedes GLK. 2. Please understand that you are not going to get a 0%, no money down, and no payments until 2030, with banks of today regardless of what your score or situation may be. 3. Please go see Jim and the crew with the understanding that they will get you in a car, you have to be honest with what you can afford. 4. They will negotiate with the banks, and fight for you if need be, but they have established so much rapport with so many banks, you don’t have to worry about losing sleep with a “pending” decision. 5. Honesty is a handshake away, and these guys will definitely help you get a ride, and have peace of mind that you won’t be making mortgage payments to a car for 30 years. With that being said, I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for an instant, no BS, up front, and clear deal for you and the family. Jim and VIP, thanks for giving our family the peace of mind with our new “1 Owner” vehicle. You have made this a great experience, and I hope that many more will feel the same as me……LIKE A VIP! More

I came to VIP looking to find a gently used car that combined affordability, reliability and class. My experience was ideal. I worked with both Jim Mauro and Ernest Robinson and both were friendly, knowledgable gentlemen (as were the rest of the staff). I got to test several cars before I found a gorgeous Hyundai Sonata Limited. It's three years old with 55,000 miles on it and the interior is pristine. The purchase process was streamlined and easy. I got a fantastic interest rate and went home in a car that makes driving a pleasure. Used car lots generally have poor reputations, but VIP Auto Outlet was the classiest, nicest place I came across in my shopping. I've already recommended them to all my family and wish I could write a million glowing reviews. Thanks a million. More

Kevin, Jim and their team were organized, efficient, and willing to do whatever was needed to get the deal done. Because there were last-minute challenges, the cooperative attitude and good cheer were important and appreciated. Although Jim's primary duties were finance, he assumed some sales duties as well. I went in unsure of what to expect and within seconds I felt like it was a great choice. My experience in every way was just great. Alan showed me around and found a car I instantly fell in love with and J felt like it was a great choice. My experience in every way was just great.
