I made an appointment to get my daughters KIA worked on but was told they would not be able to work on it today 10/20/21 so why make the appointment if it was going to take a week to get it in put a person but was told they would not be able to work on it today 10/20/21 so why make the appointment if it was going to take a week to get it in put a person in line then call them to bring the car in lack of communication if you want my opinion. After setting an appointment for service (had to wait over two weeks for the appointment) on my truck under factory warranty, the dealership had not contacted me by day three. My attempts to contact my over two weeks for the appointment) on my truck under factory warranty, the dealership had not contacted me by day three. My attempts to contact my service advisor yielded no returned calls. I subsequently drove to the dealership to find my truck park outside behind service. Upon contacting the service department, I was told that the service advisor was still out to lunch. I’m requested my vehicle be returned to me. While I was told that the repairs, to include factory recall notices, would take approximately three days, on day three none of the items the truck was placed in for service were completed. I was told by a different advisor that the dealership wasn’t like a doctors office and that the appointment did not mean that the truck would be worked on in that time frame! In good faith, I could not recommend this dealership services and will not purchase from them again! More

I rely on my service vehicles daily and this one took two weeks for a fuel pump.
