The service advisor Phillip Milan did a great job explaining to me that my Ford Escape had a up graded battery installed in it from the factory so there would be an up charge in the price of the batt explaining to me that my Ford Escape had a up graded battery installed in it from the factory so there would be an up charge in the price of the battery that I was quoted over the telephone.
