We had a great experience with the dealership. We came in late on a Saturday when we became in need of a vehicle. They stayed open a little late and let us test drive the vehicle over the weekend. After my third trip they finally agreed my speaker was broken. I dropped off my car to get the speaker replaced and had a loaner for two weeks. When I got my car back, the panel was broken and the speaker broken. I dropped off my car to get the speaker replaced and had a loaner for two weeks. When I got my car back, the panel was broken and the speaker still rattled. They ordered a panel and had me bring my car back in about a month later, but the panel wasn't actually there. After about 3 months and I don't know how many trips, I have a speaker that rattles a little bit less than it used to. More
