Outstanding service group…both Quick Lane and the repair shop. Have had some oil changes and major repairs done in the last month on my F150 and Expedition and the service team has delivered! Too bad that they did not use the oil based on the customers request!!!! Found this out when my husband took my car in and then tried to tell him that I never told them what type of oil to use in the customers request!!!! Arrived 10 mins after open and still took an hour and a half to get an oil change. Staff even said I should've been out much quicker and didn't know what happened.
