Wasted $30 in Tolls and was told car was there and wasn't These people are such lairs. I called left a message just after 10a.m. but no one returned my call until late afternoon. But before that I waited about an hour and a half after I called to call back and a very nice pleasant woman answered and when I inquired about the '07 Lexus GS 350 she told me the car was sold. Later that day more like after 3p.m. I received a call from one of the salesman. I told him I called earlier and was told the car was sold. The salesman told me no the car was still there. I told him I was no longer in that area because it was late and I was already back in Edison, NJ where I live. I told him I would come back out the next day to see the vehicle and he told me the car would be there. About an hour after that phone call I received another call from the same dealer but a different person assuring me the car was there after again of me telling him I was told by a female there the car was sold. So next day comes I was there one hour after they opened traveled from Edison, NJ the Goethals bridge at $14 going and the Verrazano bridge at $16 on the return trip plus of course gas. Only to hear when I got there the car was sold the day before in the evening... That's right during those 2 phone calls they made to me you think a good business and common courtesy practice would be to call me back and tell me the car was sold. Remember the nice lady in the beginning did say the car was sold so they knew the entire time. I believe they intended for me to come like I did and tell me oh yes the car was sold but is there anything else you would like. I asked the salesman why didn't you guys tell me the truth during one of their phone calls. no reply from them. I said to him. Keep an eye out for a review I will post on every online car post you guys are on. The current bad reviews about these people are very true.
