They were extremely helpful in assisting getting the vehicle to their dealership and delivering it. They fixed the problem with the vehicle and I was very happy with the whole process of dealing with th vehicle to their dealership and delivering it. Even though I was angry the vehicle broke down, the people I delt with in the service department made it as pleasant an experience as possible. Above and beyond my expectations. More
AVOID THE INCOMPITENT AND OR DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I Took my Cummins Ram in for a check engine light. The DEF injector under the truck needed replacing which is about a $250 part. John th DEPARTMENT! I Took my Cummins Ram in for a check engine light. The DEF injector under the truck needed replacing which is about a $250 part. John the service advisor called me into the shop to look at some bolt heads that were stripped. Then he goes on to tell me that they can not deal with the bolt head so I would need to pay $4,000 to replace the SCR that the injector bolts into. I had to look around for Ashton Kutcher as I thought I was being punked. So, I let John know my dissatisfaction with a dealer having a service department that has no clue as how to deal with bolt issues and that I was going to get ahold of the District service manager to voice my dissatisfaction, to which he replies: "Good luck getting a hold of him." What kind of answer is that? Are all the service departments in His district this incompetent? To add insult to injury he goes on to charge me $150.00 to put it up on the rack and tell me that they are not competent enough to complete the job! Ask any mechanic if they are trained to deal with problem bolts, the relative I spoke to after this said: "On week one." HEY UPTOWN! WE LIVE IN THE RUST BELT, HAVE YOUR PEOPLE LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH SIMPLE BOLT ISSUES OR DO NOT CLAIM YOU EMPLOYEE MECHANICS!!!!
