I am a customer for many years. Service does a great job. John in Service has been especially helpful. If something isn't right, I feel sure they would back up their work. Thankfu Service does a great job. John in Service has been especially helpful. If something isn't right, I feel sure they would back up their work. Thankfully, I don't recall ever having to deal with that. The work is done right the first time. More

I brought my 2022 Equinox in for service at the end of November. In addition to doing the warranty work they had ordered parts for, they diagnosed another problem (more warning lights were coming on). I November. In addition to doing the warranty work they had ordered parts for, they diagnosed another problem (more warning lights were coming on). I received a text on January 3rd that parts were there for my vehicle and they would be returned if I didn't schedule service. Because I did not know more parts had been ordered, I called and spoke with someone at the dealership on January 5th and was told that who I needed to speak with would be back from vacation on January 9th and would call me then to clarify, which was totally fine with me. But today is January 20th and I have not received a call. If more work needs done, I would like to get it scheduled, because it was diagnosed before my vehicle was out of warranty... but now I have more than 36,000 miles. If parts are sitting there for me, I want to get there. If parts are not sitting there for me, why did I get the text message about them being sent back if I didn't schedule service? Some clarity would be good. I have been going to Uptown for service work and oil changes for years and, until this time, have always been happy! This just seems to be some kind of an unfortunate communication breakdown. More
