Recently moved to the Sussex and soon to be be Richfield area, and utilized Uptown CDJR for a unscheduled oil change. Service was outstanding and prompt! Previous experience with two other CDJR dealerships area, and utilized Uptown CDJR for a unscheduled oil change. Service was outstanding and prompt! What was very satisfying with this visit, was coming home and not having to clean the underside of my Ram with dripping oil, or having oil grime on my interior. This was a 2016 van but only 22,000 miles and door is used very little (only two in family no kids at home). uptown service was good but I wish they would request reimbursement from chrysler for this repair.
