I took my car in for an oil change. What I like is that no appointment is required. Just drive in the bay and a service manager meet you to learn what you want done. I then took a seat in the waiting room which has a TV and coffee. In about 15 minutes it was ready to go. They have a check list of everything checked and give you a copy. In my case everything was fine. More
