This is the first time I've bought a used car from a dealership, primarily because in the past, I have been underwhelmed by the experience (understatement). Not so at Uptown! Carrie is clearly a leade dealership, primarily because in the past, I have been underwhelmed by the experience (understatement). Not so at Uptown! Carrie is clearly a leader and was an effective, responsive, and candid communicator both when I first made email contact and while I was at the dealership. Josh took me for a test drive, patiently answered all my questions, showed some real care while we worked out the details, and even put up with my lame attempts at humor. And Tracy displayed that unique combination of ruthless efficiency and sparkling personality as we finished all the paperwork. I drove almost 60 miles from home to consider the car, and boy am I glad I did! People will definitely be hearing about my experience. How often are people this happy about buying a used car? I have to say that I have never dealt with a better group of people when looking for a truck. They all are top notch, work together, are totaly up front and friendly. No shady business here; no pressure, and they all will work hard to have you as a happy customer! As far as the service department, Mike will bend over backwards to make sure things are right, pays attention to detail, and will make sure you're happy. I ended up buying this one through Carrie Roell, who was super to work with, and Glenn Goller spent allot of time with me and also was great; both down to earth people. Mike in service made sure my truck rolled out in best of shape. I give Uptown Motorcars my highest regards and recommend that you don't miss going there... More

He was informative without being over the top or pushy like a lot of the sales people we had previously worked with. We go a great experience for us. I have used Uptown in Slinger since 2003. Sales with Joshua Schumacher have always been a PLEASANT experience! Imagine that -- no pressure, no B.S., just a great vehicle at a great price.
