Need to be more prepared Purchased brand new Jeep. Made an appt to pick up vehicle. We just had to fill out paperwork & test drive. Everything else was done over the internet Purchased brand new Jeep. Made an appt to pick up vehicle. We just had to fill out paperwork & test drive. Everything else was done over the internet & phone. Got there & it was still on the showroom floor. Battery was dead and out of gas. No gas in the dealer gas can. So they had to go to the gas station to fill can. Then came back and put gas in vehicle. Then take that back to the gas station to fill tank. Vehicle battery had to be charged multiple times. When we took it for a test ride, there was no audio. Thankfully they were able to fix it. During the time had to ask for water, none was offered. The folks there are pleasant enough. We took everything in stride. The whole experience took almost 2&1/2 hrs. Should have been an hour. This could have been avoided. They gave us sincere apologies, 1 free car wash and a free key chain for our troubles. More

car repair Needed a new activator for sliding door on van. From what I've read this is common for this veh really should be on a recall i think or at least cov Needed a new activator for sliding door on van. This was a 2016 van but only 22,000 miles and door is used very little (only two in family no kids at home). uptown service was good but I wish they would request reimbursement from chrysler for this repair.
