Had an annoying "clunk" in the front end of my Jeep Renegade. Uptown was able to immediately and accurately diagnose the issue. Scheduled a repair, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. We were tired of being manipulated and played and dealing with dishonest salesman. That was not our experience at all when interacting with the sales woman, Samantha. She was awesome! She exceeded our expectations with her professionalism, friendliness and "no xx" way of dealing with us. We felt no pressure whatsoever. She knew the price we wanted to pay and she went above and beyond to make us happy. Everyone there was very helpful and down to earth. Not what we are used to from a car dealership! They all took the stress out of buying a car. More

I love the no pressure atmosphere. I feel confident that this dealer is honest and trustworthy. Would leave negative stars if I could. Sold us a truck that has had issues every 1000 miles or so. Totally incompetent mechanics! Could never resolve the issue.
