The check engine light came on. It was my Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid 2023. An appointment was made for the very next day and the problem was diagnosed and a repair service was done on that same day. And it was still under warranty with no cost to me. And, the service department pulled the car into the building when I picked it up so that in the zero degree weather, I got into a nice warm car. That was a very nice touch. More

All the employees are friendly. The oil change took a little longer than usual, but Winter is a busy time for car servicing. Very professional care.
