Overall worked was performed at a good value for the oil change and tire rotation. Service also did a Sync update. Service rep noticed this was the first time getting an oil change on the new focus and of change and tire rotation. Service also did a Sync update. When paying the invoice, nothing was mentioned to recieve a free oil change or discount. Most dealer ships offer a free oil change on the first visit. More

When you take your car or truck to Uptown you are treated like they really care about "YOU". Over the years they are used to caring for Lincoln buyers who expect that top end treatment. they don't care what like they really care about "YOU". During my visit to the Service Dept. at Uptown Ford the entire staff treated me like I was the owner. At one point I even felt like I was only customer in the building! Work was completed as agreed. Most of the cost was covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission.
