I was given great service. The young woman who took care of my service work took great care of me. Best part of my service experiences are usually my dealing with the people up front, especially Fred Schmi of my service work took great care of me. I am in for service on my cares every three months or so and it is difficult to come up with new things to say. If I was displeased I would put in my comments about that. More
There were a couple different noises in the car that concerned me. The Service Manager came to take a ride with me in the car to see if he could determine what the noise was. It turned out to be an alignment issue with the tires. The tires were "cupped". He suggested I should have my tires rotated periodically. I told him I thought that was automatically done whenever I came in for my regular maintenance (oil change, etc.). He told me it wasn't automatically done. I had to request it. The Service Department fixed the issue by rotating and aligning the tires. More

I rated highly because I was very satisfied with the treatment by your personnel, their courtesy and helpfullness. No way to tell yet whether there may be leaks, rattles or other problems. Re: 30,000 checkup, I can't determine that either, perhaps for months and then only if problems appear, such as a few years ago when my old LS was totally out of window washer fluid after multi part inspection that is supposedly part of your lube jobs. Price rated good rather than great because price always seems too high as it does for any seivice, especially good service, but being a great depression kid makes the whole world seem insanely expensive these days. Dropped off loaner at my home, and picked up car for servicing. Did a complete inspection but did only necessary services, at very reasonable cost. Twice in the last few months I've had to make emergency visits to the service department. The first incident was because my new Ford was shaking badly on the highway. I had no appoitment and did not call...simply drove up. I was immediately greated by the lady at the service desk. I explained what happened and she knew exactly what was cauing the shaking; it was snow build up around the tires! She had it sprayed off and my daughter and I were in and out withing minutes!!!!!! My second incident was only two days ago. I had gone for an oil change while on vacation. The mechanic told me that my transmission fluid was extremely low and that I needed to get the car back to the dealership immediately. I phoned the dealership and they said to bring it in as soon as I could. Next day after work I pulled up again. The lady at the service desk actually had already been informed I would be stopping by. She had the "transmission" specialist take the car. I was only in the waiting room for 5 MINUTES!!! They said the mechanic was mistaken and that my fluid level was fine. EVERYONE in that department is amazing. Prompt, friendly, efficient and patient!! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else if possible. THANKS UPTOWN SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Sincerely, Andrea Blair More
