Taking good care of my Ford I recently brought my 2012 Fiesta into Uptown Ford-Lincoln for a recall repair (replacement of door latches) and its 50,000 mile service visit. Fred S I recently brought my 2012 Fiesta into Uptown Ford-Lincoln for a recall repair (replacement of door latches) and its 50,000 mile service visit. Fred Schmitz took great care of me and my vehicle. I appreciated the complimentary ride to my office in the morning. When I came back to get my vehicle, there was a mistake on some of the paperwork. Fred immediately reviewed the situation and corrected the mistake on the paperwork and on the electronic records. Great customer service!
