Taking good care of my Ford I recently brought my 2012 Fiesta into Uptown Ford-Lincoln for a recall repair (replacement of door latches) and its 50,000 mile service visit. Fred Schmitz took great care of me and my vehicle. I appreciated the complimentary ride to my office in the morning. When I came back to get my vehicle, there was a mistake on some of the paperwork. Fred immediately reviewed the situation and corrected the mistake on the paperwork and on the electronic records. Great customer service! I was told the time of completion, so rather than waiting at home for a phone call, I came back, and after a short wait,my vehicle was ready. So meticulous, they put it through the wash twice. I was to refill the gas tank of the loaner to 3/4's. I had put on 25 miles,but in a fit of generosity , I filled it to the top thinking that the next person to get the loaner would get a gift. But, moments later , I saw the same vehicle with company driver shuttling a woman. The gift went astray. More
