Amazing customer service We would like to take just a moment to share our story of amazing customer service provided by our sales rep Jeff Sardina at Uptown Lincoln Mercury. We would like to take just a moment to share our story of amazing customer service provided by our sales rep Jeff Sardina at Uptown Lincoln Mercury. Last Sunday, we were all loaded up for vacation in our leased Lincoln suv, headed up to the Wisconsin Dells. We got as far as just west of Moorland Rd in Brookfield and the transmission disengaged, with "engine/trans" light coming on. Engine runs, with no transmission engaged. We pulled off and called the 1-800 number for the dealership. They sent a tow truck, which towed us to the dealership. In the meantime, we called various car rental companies, and of course, being sunday, they were all closed, except at the airport. We called Jeff to inform him of our delema, and that we had the vehicle towed to the dealership. We also asked him if he had any connections for a rental vehicle. He said he would see what he could do, and would get right back to us. A few minutes later, he called back to say that he was only 10mins away at a family gathering and would be right over. Jeff showed up, opened the dealership, and provided us with another Lincoln suv, for our use on our vacation. We were total amazed, and grateful as we transfered our full load of vacation necessities from our vehicle to the new one. Barely a hic up of a delay in getting our vacation underway on a summer Sunday afternoon. Thanks to Jeff Sardina for providing this extremely high level of customer service. Responses like this are most times few and far between. It's good to know that our sales rep at Uptown is this high caliber of individual. This is our 3rd leased vehicle from Uptown, and needless to say, our 4th will be coming from Uptown as well. Maintainance I was promised a 45 minute to one hour wait. But it took 1 1/2 hours due to being "short handed". Oil change/ other stuff wrong I was very upset after my oil change. I asked to have my back door checked because it does not open. They checked it and charged me additional $116.00 I was very upset after my oil change. I asked to have my back door checked because it does not open. They checked it and charged me additional $116.00 to check it. My total was $153.00. I was also told I need lower control arms which would cost $700.00 and to replace the door latch would be and additional $300.00. I bought this car in March/2015 and I have put over $3000,00 in this car for repair. I could have taken that money and got a new car. I now have to figure out if my tires are going to cave in on me, if I don't get the lower control arms fixed. I didn't have an additional $116.00 just for them to check to see if why my door wont open. That's why I'm upset and tired of putting money into this truck. More

The part that really made my day, was the gentleman that brought my car out front. He has washed my car and cleaned the floor mats. He said it was to help mom out, and boy was he right!
