I am always amused when Uptown sends me 'service reminders', when a car typically would need to be serviced. I am loyal and will continue to use Uptown for all my service needs, but when I go to pay my bill next round, she WILL NOT be the one checking me out! Make no mistake about that one. I will request a different checkout person simply because of her very unprofessional, yucky attitude.She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills that reflect on Uptown Ford!!!!!!
