Kind and courteous. However, several barriers throughout service. Scheduling-only allows 1 service and I wanted tires and warranty work and potentially some body work repair/quote. I called and Giovanni told me to come anytime and the team would take pictures before the appt so they know ahead of time. I arrived on a Sat morning and was told they had no idea where they would put any pictures. I then dropped my car off on Sun night for a Mon appt. Heard from Giovanni at 1030 AM and then nothing rest of the day. Assuming it was only to take 1 day, I arrived about 440PM it said my car was done in the computer but Antywan stated he thinks my car was in body and they close at 430pm so I was not able to get it. Antywan did set me up with a vehicle since my car was not ready. Next day I called body and first person responded he had no idea what I was talking about and did not even know about my car being present...the service and body requests do not mix so they do not see each other. He passed me to the warranty person who did know and reported he had my keys in his hands. They had not even completed the quote requested. Service recovery included a driver bringing my car to me at work and they took their car back. The quote shocked me and I will not be going there for the repair which adds more fuel. I chose to have points as a rebate rather then money/gift card as I was expecting to get the work done. Although I definitely expected to be high, my idea of high $2000 not $8400; especially when I only paid $20K for the car. This is a dent and break in taillight at a low speed backing into a tree in a driveway. Again, I understand a high number, but not nearly 50% of what I paid. More

The gentleman who assisted me—his name might have bee on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional customer service I received. The gentleman who assisted me—his name might have been Antwan, though I’m not entirely sure—went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Employees like him are an asset to your team, and I hope you’ll take a moment to recognize the outstanding work he does.
