Generally have had good experiences with this dealership. NOT THE CASE WITH MOST RECENT APPOINTMENT!!! Dealership service department opened LATE. Service technician left greasy handprints on vehicle NOT THE CASE WITH MOST RECENT APPOINTMENT!!! Dealership service department opened LATE. Service technician left greasy handprints on vehicle door and hood. Most disappointing was the fact that whomever sat inside my vehicle and/or drove it on the lot left a HORRIBLE SMELL of sweat and body odor inside my vehicle. Smell was horrible and required a can of Lysol to get rid of. This lack of personal hygiene REFLECTS POORLY ON UPTOWN FORD AS A WHOLE. Will likely change to a different Ford Dealership for all future service AND WILL NOT CHOOSE OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE More
