Total Satisfaction with Ford & Uptown When my wife made the decision that she was not going to drive again, I said I don't need two vehicles anymore. We had a 2009 Mercury Milan Premier wi When my wife made the decision that she was not going to drive again, I said I don't need two vehicles anymore. We had a 2009 Mercury Milan Premier with 45,000 miles and a 1999 Ranger with 83,000 miles. I am an 81 year old retired Engineer, still operating a small Handyman business in retirement, and the Ranger with a fiberglass cap on the back was my "Rolling Toolbox". So we began looking for one vehicle that could replace both of the above mentioned vehicles. I began looking of the interned at vehicle concepts, checked Kelly Bluebook for values, and then sent a request for information. There was never any doubt in my mind that I was going to replace them with a Ford product, and sent the request ONLY to Uptown Motors. This decision was based on three factors: 1) I have driven nine Fords in my life, and they always gave me good service; 2) I really appreciate the fact that Ford did not ask the taxpayers for a handout to prevent bankruptcy as GM & Chrysler did, and 3) This is the third car I have purchased from Uptown since moving back to Milwaukee in 2000, and I have had all of my vehicles serviced only at Uptown for everything, and am very satisfied with that experience. We quickly zeroed in in the Escape as the vehicle to replace both of my vehicles. I was originally looking or a CPO Escape, but definitely wanted the new design which limited me to the 2013 & 2014 models. Ruth searched the entire inventory of leased and rental cars, but found none with the features we wanted; therefore we moved on to the new car category, and found exactly what we wanted in the Escape Titanium that you had to bring up from a dealer in Illinois. I am a Ford man for life, and an Uptown man for as long as I live in the Milwaukee area. We don't plan to move anywhere anymore. More

When I just purchased my new Ford Escape Titanium, I didn't even consider any other dealer; because of my prior experience with Uptown Service Department, and satisfaction with all the sales personnel I have dealt with since then. Not one employee ever smiled during the entire visit. I felt as if I was just one more customer interrupting their busy day....or they truly didn't like their jobs?? Not what I expected at all from this dealership. The efficiency and quality of the work was great. I do mystery shopping of car dealers on a regular basis and if this was one of those, it probably would have had a pretty low ranking. More

I started this process about 9 months before my 2012 Focus was up due to some financial issues. Jeff was very kind to me and educated me on what the best option would be in my situation. Once it was time to start the process of getting a new lease I worked with Todd who was very understanding and patient with me while I test drove a few cars. Over all they were very understanding and provided great customer service to me in a very unique set of financial issues. THANK YOU!!!! More
