Great service I’ve had my Lincoln MKX since 2011, Uptown is great to work with from the purchase to the service. There service department does an excellent job from the service staff to the mechanics. Thank you for always doing a great job. This visit was no different, while my car was in for 100,000 mile check I also had tires rotated and oil changed which was done in a timely manner. I love that Uptown offers shuttle service, since it was raining they gave me a ride to and from Mayfair. I would definitely buy a new vehicle from them when the time comes. More

Best car buying experience We started shopping for a new vehicle in November and decided that we wanted the Ford Escape. My husband went on the internet to search local dealers We started shopping for a new vehicle in November and decided that we wanted the Ford Escape. My husband went on the internet to search local dealers and he was contacted by Ruth. We were instantly pleased with her service and her willingness to walk us through the possibility of leasing or purchasing a new vehicle and stuck with us when we eventually decided we would prefer a used vehicle. When they took in a used Escape on trade she contacted us immediately and gave us the opportunity to see it first. We ended up,purchasing the Escape and from start to finish it was the best car buying experience we’ve had. Ruth if so friendly and knowledgeable and she made us both very comfortable. We were also thrilled to work with Scott to finance the vehicle and explain the warranty plan. Again we were so comfortable and enjoyed our conversation so much that when we got home we laughed and said it felt like we were hanging out with a friend, not buyin a car from a stranger. We highly recommend Uptown and we are grateful for the wonderful experience! More
