During my visit to the Service Dept. at Uptown Ford the entire staff treated me like I was the owner. At one point I even felt like I was only customer in the building! Work was completed as agreed. Most of the cost was covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission. Nothing but good thins to say. From the moment I walked in the Body Shop door to the minute I picked up my again beautiful truck at the front door I was nothing but amazed.
