I had been on the market for a new car for the better part of 2024. As a woman in a male dominated field, it can be very difficult, and intimidating. With my 2020 Lincoln Aviator there was a factory defect with the exhaust system. Antwan the service rep was wonderful to work with and very helpful! I requested to contact Lincoln Corporate to address the issue and I was turned over to Giovanni a service manager to work with. Long story short, Lincoln offered to cover $3,000 of the expense leaving me to cover only $300+ dollars which I felt was fair. Giovanni still charged me $1100 for the repair and his communication with me was very unsatisfactory. He never contacted me directly. I had to continuously call him in order to get him to respond to initial questions I had. I was supposed to have a refund issued weeks ago and I am still waiting. Giovanni has never called me to talk about the refund, only Lincoln Corporate. I have had very pleasant experiences working with the service department until my interactions with Giovanni. I am considering taking my business to a different dealership because I no longer trust Uptown. Antwan is really a great service rep and I trust working with him! It’s the service leadership that has caused pause for me in dealing with Uptown. More
I was getting continuous messages to turn my car off or on to save the battery on my 2024 Edge. I didn’t have anything turned on no heat or radio. I called uptown as to what to do. Lejuan came out and pu on to save the battery on my 2024 Edge. I didn’t have anything turned on no heat or radio. I called uptown as to what to do. Lejuan came out and put a new battery in my car.
