Hi Sarah, We apologize for the error. As you are aware, the remote starter kit we ordered from our vendor was missing the module. We don't pre-check manufacturer-packaged items until we are ready to install them. As doing so, can lead to lost or broken items. You were shown the packaging and what was missing from it. Our service manager apologized to you and had the feeling you understood the issue. We regret that you had this experience and sorry that you feel this way.

Makes no sense you wouldn’t check to make sure the parts are all in the box before you have someone coming in for service. In no way was I okay or understanding With what happened nor would anyone else be okay with it. Doesn’t seem like any of you are sorry at all for wasting my time.
