Best Purchase Ever! I found a car on Upstate Chevrolet on Facebook late Thursday evening for 2009 Toyota Camry SE! I messaged about it and got a response right away. The following day I got a call from Krystal Silsby she was very professional and made sure she could get me in the price range I needed. Over-priced, Uncooperative, and Unprofessional Went in to buy my second vehicle from Upstate, first time had a great experience. This time around I found a vehicle I liked, sat down to talk dollars Went in to buy my second vehicle from Upstate, first time had a great experience. This time around I found a vehicle I liked, sat down to talk dollars and cents, and that's when the beyond poor customer service began. They had the vehicle priced at about $7,000 over KBB. I showed this to the salesman, as well as several other comparable vehicles at nearby dealerships that were much more reasonably priced, and I was told if I "don't like it, then don't buy it." Needless to say they will never get another sale from myself or my family ever again. More
