My ford explorer sensors and backup camera stop working and I had a recall on the display system. Ok. Well I take my SUV to them and they tell me they have to order the part. Cool, so I though. I wainted 2 weeks and finally called and was told my part had been there for awhile. Ok how would I know this if you never informed me that the part was there. So we make an appointment for 3 to 4 days later. We go on a Friday the day of our appointment and guess what, they didn't have me listed for an appointment because the girl who was waiting us got fired. I'm thinking "huh," what are you talking about. This is after the had my payment of $300 down and $400 when they complete the job. So we had to wait another week to get an appointment. We drop SUV off on Thursday night and today is Friday. I've waited all day and finally called at 5:15pm to ask about my SUV. I was told that the computer shut down so they were testing it and my SUV should be ready before they close. Ok cool. So I thought. We get there pay the $400 balance get my paperwork bring the SUV home and guess what!. My xxxx sensor or backup camera still is not working. It's as if they didn't do anything after they took my $700. All they did was change my radio station and disable my Sirius radio. I'm pissed and mad as xxxx. It's sad to think the the Ford Dealer in Upper Marlboro is just that bad. It sucks. I guess I have to do like everyone else and go to the Ford Dealer in Waldorf and get some real service. Let see how much they care about their customers. Contact my Ford I'll be waiting......... More

I always come back to Upper Marlboro Ford because I know I will get the special care for my Ford Focus (2015), One time I took it to another dealer be I always come back to Upper Marlboro Ford because I know I will get the special care for my Ford Focus (2015), One time I took it to another dealer because I thought it was a little closer to my home, I waited there for two hours just for an oil change, never again, Ford of Upper Marlboro is my car dealer where I bought my car from and where I will always take my car to for any kind of service, the lady at the front desk Heather was very nice and friendly, and I didn't wait that long. Heather even explained items that were on my performance sheet. Thank you Upper Marlboro Ford :) More

I recently also had maintenance performed on my car and they were able to get me an appointment quick and the service did not take long at all. So far very happy! More

Not Accountable, no stars took my car back for fixed when dealer did oil change,( tire rotation which i didn't ask for but had to pay for)they claim it was not their fault but took my car back for fixed when dealer did oil change,( tire rotation which i didn't ask for but had to pay for)they claim it was not their fault but was willing to charge me over 350.00 to fix the problem, since then the oil change light on, and low pressure tire....on also.... i had taken it to a name brand dealer earlier to get something else fixed, they informed me that whomever did the oil change broke something which was why my car was leaking oil, i had NO oil in car and they put 3 quarts in, , meanwhile a saleman tried to get me to buy a car, why you will not acknowledge what you did to my car, so why would i buy a new or use car from you.... after asking for my car after 15 minutes i go to look for it, i had to get my car,, they would not bring it to the front where they suppose to... got in the car and my armrest is now broke, drove up to the saleman and informed him and got back in my car cause i was angry , very pissed and peeved enough to do damage, call the store on way home, was told to bring car in,, but i was also told earlier not to drive the car,, what kind of nonsense is this.. so tomorrow when i return i will be picketing this dealer.. a woman alone is prey?????? so sorry i went to this dealer. what happen to honest stores.. from this experience i will need to see my car worked on, later for shop insurance.. you bled a person, but we can't watch you work, for the hourly labor, what the heck . i was also told i drove the car over 1000 mile, which i did not..the street and driveway is oily due to the leak, i am here in md needed to go back to ga, if i was going to put 1000 miles on the car i would have drove back to my honest ford dealer there...adding to this post just went to pick up grandchild, i believe all 3 quarts are in the driveway,,they made it worst, its a puddle of oil.... now i dont have a car to drive unless i pay to fix it but not at that ford dealer shady, wish i would have read reviews on dealership before going...plz if you value your car do not take it to upper marlboro ford. they should get no stars More

UPPER MARLBORPO FORD IS A SHADY DEALERSHIP DON'T GO THERE This ford dealer is Terrible and very Misleading and very Deceptive i took my car to have a issue diagnosed and this dealership has had my car for This ford dealer is Terrible and very Misleading and very Deceptive i took my car to have a issue diagnosed and this dealership has had my car for a whole month and still has it to find the issue and they had me under the impression my car was under the bumper to bumper warranty so a month has passed and the dealership couldn't find the problem and just started changing out parts thinking that was the issue never saying if this parts don't work we may have to charge you and it wasn't the case so they had to call out a engineer to diagnose the problem there mechanic couldn't find in a month he diagnosed it in 2 days and now they find the problem they want to stick me with a $5000 dollar repair bill and it took a month to find the issue just to try and get the money back on the so called warranted parts they put on my car without my content when all i wanted was a diagnosis and now there are holding my car hostage until i pay them $5000 i advise nobody do business at this shady dealership new 7 on your side is my next move More

Slowest service ever Scheduled an 8 a.m. service for oil change and tire rotation.....takes me less than an hour without a lift. We dropped it off the night before to make sure it was on time. Called at noon and they hadn't even moved it yet...department was rude and didn't have any reason why. Called again 430 p.m.....was told it wasn't done...no papers. I told them to get up and find my vehicle. It will be ready in 20 minutes they said....so...it will be ready at ....they were supposed to both our vehicles today.....and now they barely will have one done. This isn't the first time. We are looking for another Ford service department....if they had cLled with a we are behind and such....maybe....but nothing. I'm done....repeatedly bad service and customer service. More

Maintenance Response Time I made an appointment for my vehicle to get serviced. I dropped it off and was first in line. I was told the shuttle driver was "here" and normally they don't start until 8 (it was 0745) but they'd see about him starting early. At 815 I ask about the shuttle....turns out the driver was the one outside smoking. He stated no one had told him I was waiting. At 1:17PM I call and they have NOT EVEN pulled my truck in to service. I needed a service (only have 12K miles, but had been 6 months since last service) and I needed them to check out why my brakes were vibrating. I have a Dr's apt at 2...no way I'm getting this back today. HORRIBLE response time and HORRIBLE service. I'll drive it to Virginia next time. This is the second time I've experienced bad service here. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice...shame on me. More
