I have worked for the company Cars.com as a sales rep for just over 4 years now. I work with dealers on a daily basis, and have NEVER run into a dealer this bad. Me - having faith in the internet, and working with dealers that are not as shady and have reputable practices thought this process would be easy, and positive. WAS I EVER WRONG! I worked directly with Angi one of the owners. In the purchasing process, since I was from out of town - I called and asked as many questions as possible, as I was going to buy the car site unseen. I asked specific questions regarding the vehicle and was told that EVERYTHING was in perfect working order. I even got into details - asking about the on board computer, and the GPS system. She told me EVERYTHING was perfect, and nothing was wrong with the computer/GPS. When I picked the car up from the delivery company the computer didn't work AT ALL! There is a whistling noise coming from the engine when you press the gas, the buttons in the back didnt work, it only came with one key, she didnt even have the temporary tag for the car. I had to wait a full day to even drive the car because she was too lazy to put this important piece of paper in the car before she shipped it out. She also didn't even send the title until almost a week and a half later. When calling her multiple times to try and work these details out, she claims she talked to the manufacturer and submitted a claim for me to get this fixed (at their cost). I have not heard from the manufacturer, and highly doubt she did actually call them. This is by far the WORST DEALER I have ever seen or worked with. Keep in mind I have worked with Car Dealers on a daily basis for over four years! save your money, time, headaches, etc - this is not a reputable dealer to say the least! SCAM ARTISTS FOR SURE! More

All of the automobiles were purchased online and as far away as Texas, California & Florida. On February 10, 2010 we purchased a one owner 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL that Anji had on her lot that I found online. The car is everything and more that she described. Excellent condition inside and out! Dealing with Anji at Indies Unlimited Motors has been both a pleasant & professional experience. I would certainly do business with Anji again. This dealership sells FALSE WARRANTY and JUNK CARS!! DO NOT buy from this dealership or trust the 2 people who work there! This car lot is a nightmare! They pretend to sell a warranty, but then if somethin NOT buy from this dealership or trust the 2 people who work there! This car lot is a nightmare! They pretend to sell a warranty, but then if something comes up and you need the warranty....good luck trying to get your car fixed...it won't happen unless you pay for it out of your pocket. More
Was searching for a car for the past couple weeks and was very discouraged until I found this dealer by accident, was driving back from a so called perfect car at the perfect price when I was at the light at very discouraged until I found this dealer by accident, was driving back from a so called perfect car at the perfect price when I was at the light at spotted lots of high line cars so I drove over a looked, went inside and a nice lady let me have the keys to a couple of cars, I drove about 4 and them made my choice, I was not pressured at all, I was able to take the car to my mechanic and also show my wife for the final approval, after weeks of non sense it all finally made sense, I got a great car and a great price and was never pressured. By the way I ll go back when time for my mother in law a new car. More
Purchased car from out of state and spoken to dealer many times asking what was wrong with the vehicle and was theer any other information I should be made aware of. Dealer indicated that nothing is wrong ma times asking what was wrong with the vehicle and was theer any other information I should be made aware of. Dealer indicated that nothing is wrong many times. Items have found to be a surprise on the vehicle that I believe should have been disclosed include: - The two front rims where banged up and soo caked with brake dust that they definately need replacing - Tar spots all over the lowe body of vehicle - Paint spills in back seat foot area and in truck hidden by floor mats - Brakes Pads below safety, needed to replace - Missing front floor mat and owners manual - Burnt oil in crankcase - Battery in need of replacement (actually shown on indicator light on battery) - A/C system that did not work I understand the As-Is policy, however a slight bit of honesty should be expected when asked what other issues I should be aware of ecspecially major items. Very dissapointed and would never buy from them again. More
