She got me approved right away and I went that night and picked up the car. I was there close to closing time, with my two-year-old in tow. These ladies went above and beyond for me. Helped me keep an eye on my kiddo so I could do paperwork and then helped me transfer my belongings to the new car (Tons of stuff) in the POURING RAIN! I have purchased a 2006 Mercedes Ml 350 and I love everything about it . I called few hours prior to going there and Reva answers all my questions over the phone . When I showed up the vehicle was ready for me to test drive . One of the power lock motors on the rear door was making some noise , I complained about it to the manger and he assured me they will take care of it . I came back few days later because it took 3 days to get the part and they put it on - the noise is gone . I am very pleased with my vehicle and I am glad I made this purchase there . I recommend this dealership for you guys . No pressure and hassle free . Will go there again ! Thank you Neil m More
