HORRIBLE, SHADY, DECEITFUL DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP ! BEWARE ! They sold me a car that quit running after 36 hours, couldn't get them to call me back, every call to Anji went to mailbox, tried every mailbox they had, all was full, finally a person answered he said he would give Anji the message to call me back that was 14 days ago ! Still no call. I'm still trying to get the car running right. The things that are wrong with it is a mile long, and still finding more each day ! Dave the so called Sales Manager at the Fishers location is not any better. Never in my life has anything like this ever happened, where the the dealership will not take responsibility. SHAME ON UNLIMITED MOTORS ! More
worst car buying experience I have ever had My experience with this dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased what was suppose to be a "like new" Super Charge My experience with this dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased what was suppose to be a "like new" Super Charge Range Rover. The car was delivered and was not in the condition that it was represented as being online. It had more miles on it than what was shown on the odometer statement. There were numerous chips in the paint and the check engine light was on. There was no manual, no paperwork and only one key. I had to then wait to have my car repaired before I could even drive it. The owner of the company was not responsive and did little to resolve the problems I experienced. The last straw was when the the dealership submitted for financing but failed to tell Wells Fargo I was titling the car in my company name. Wells Fargo sent a notice to Unlimited Motors in mid July providing notice that the title needed to be corrected. Unlimited Motors did not forward the correspondence to me until mid-September. After I asked Unlimited Motors to correct the issue with the car loan that they initiated, Unlimited Motors responded by email that the car would be repossessed and they would have the Dept of Licensing investigate me for theft of a legal document. The theft apparently occurred when I titled the car in NC in my company name. Really the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. More

Always available to answer a question even moments before they are to leave for the day. With the help of Unlimited Motors staff I personally have brought myself from finding financing hard, to being able to own the cars of my dreams.!! It's not just about selling cars.... 09 Cadillac CTS / Less than a month and its broken down. Bought the car on the 28th of January haven't even made a car payment and it's broken down on the side of the road. Terrible experience I bought a Dodge Durango that had a damaged computer screen. It took them six weeks to fix the screen. Not once was I contacted during those six weeks I bought a Dodge Durango that had a damaged computer screen. It took them six weeks to fix the screen. Not once was I contacted during those six weeks to inform me about the status of the car. When I tried calling Unlimited Motors, either my calls were not answered or I was forwarded to a number that did not answer. For six weeks, I paid the loan for this car but was not sure if I will ever actually get the car. Eventually, I was able to find a service person who actually was willing to talk with me and helped me understand what was going on. Angie, who sold me the car, only called me six weeks into the process after she had received the fixed car. She said that she was in Mexico these weeks. Why did she not call me from there or ask somebody else to keep me updated? Furthermore, when I finally got the car, it had a crack in front window. They told me that they will have a local company call me and fix the window at their expense. This company did not call. Only after I aggressively confronted Angie did this company call me for an appointment to fix the window. In the end, I paid for the car for six weeks without having access to it or any security that I will ever have access to it. More
