You could have just called.. One Monday I found a great car at the Unlimited Motors Westfield lot. I went in drove it, came back with another family member that afternoon and drove it again. Note: no one was ever really out and about to help you find the car you were looking for or to even say "hello". This is not the "pushy" used car salesman kind of place, which was refreshing. However after my second drive I was unsure who to speak with as no one was really helping me. Before I left I handed Mike my business car with the car details on the back and said "If you sell this car please call me, otherwise I'll be back Wednesday morning to take it to my independent mechanic." I arrive Wednesday morning to find the car had been sold Monday night. They all stood there with their hands in their pockets until Mike started making excuses; "I thought I called you." "Pulls out his phone - look at all the calls I make a day." "We do a lot of internet deals so things move quick." then "I'm sorry about that." All fair reasons however perhaps someone could pause working the internet deals and attend to physical customers on site. The people were friendly, perhaps I was just the outlier experience. More
Disappointed We purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX in February. The car is mechanically sound and they did a good job cleaning the interior. We have two issues that have resulted in the one star rating. 1. We discovered that the air compressor that comes with the Cadillac was not present. We called and was assured the owner would have the message on their desk and call the next day. Noting but silence. No call. No acknowledgment. 2. during the first rain, it was noticed the rain sensor wipers do not work causing the delay function to not work. Fortunately the regular speed wipers work, but it is not convenient in light mist to continually have to manually cause them wot wipe instead of intermittent. We took it to our local Cadillac dealer in greenwood and they immediately assessed that Unlimited Motors knew the rain sensor did not work, attempted to take it apart and messed it up. Service stated it was obvious they did not know what they were doing and tried to hide it. They broke the bracket as well. We are on the hook for over $300 in repairs for something that should have been disclosed upon sale and we could have negotiated the issue. I trust trained Cadillac service people over Unlimited Motors. Our advice is to avoid dis dealer at all cost. they have some great cars, but it appears they try to hide important issues from the consumer. We understand you buy "as is" but everything should be disclosed. If Unlimited Motors reads this and wants to make it right, they can reach out to us. If they do, maybe this rating will be updated. No hassle, no sleazy car sales men, HOWEVER, there's a comfort puppy named Dino just waiting to be rubbed while you wait. very irresistible and so cute I could hardly focused on the goal while I was there. Any who, Our guy (mike) was very honest and upfront about everything. He wasn't the most smiley salesman, but then again, I don't trust those guys. lol The Used Truck we purchased is BEAUTIFUL. It looks brand new to be more than 10 years old. We love it. No tinks or kinks and the engine purrs. Now, back to the experience, Mike wasn't the average dealer, he was all business. He didn't kill the experience being a "yes" man, and he didn't try to over sell the vehicle, in short he was quite chill, which made the experience feel more human. All in all GREAT CARS the inventory on the lot is absolutely beautiful and prices are hard to beat. two thumbs up. More

Unhappy customer We purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse on August 2, 2018. We were told the car was fully serviced and inspected. We live 2 hours away, so on our drive hom We purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse on August 2, 2018. We were told the car was fully serviced and inspected. We live 2 hours away, so on our drive home the turn signal light went out and the service air bag light came on. Once we got home we discovered there was only 7% oil life left. They told us they’d fix the service air bag so we had to drive back 2 more times for them to “fix it”. A few weeks later the light kept coming back on. A few weeks after that the automatic seat adjuster on the driver seat quit working so we had to pay to fix that. Two weeks ago we found out our transmission went out. We tried calling the owner for 1.5 weeks straight and she wouldn’t ever return our calls. We had to pay to fix the transmission since the car was non-drivable. We drove 2 hours back to the dealership yesterday to speak with Angi since she won’t answer our calls. She basically told us too bad so sad and wouldn’t reimburse us for all the problems this car has had. They didn’t show us a carfax or tell us any previous history on this car when we bought it. We found out it has been in so many accidents and basically the whole car was rebuilt. This morning the heat quit working on the car as well. We took it to a local dealer today and they said they wouldn’t sell this car to anyone. They are taking it to the auction and we are out a ton of money. This place sells junk cars and tells you they’re great. We do not recommend anyone doing business with them. More

Horrible Customer Service I spoke with a sales person over the phone in regards to a vehicle I saw on the internet. From the beginning of the call, the sales person was very r I spoke with a sales person over the phone in regards to a vehicle I saw on the internet. From the beginning of the call, the sales person was very rude. I asked if the vehicle was still available and his response was basically yes and why you asking. I asked if an all cash offer 900 below the online price would be accepted and he emphatically stated NO and went on to explain how his vehicle are the very best priced vehicles and the prices are non negotiable. Afterwards he tells me how I was trying to get him to break state law cause I wanted to register the vehicle myself. I am active duty military, I just don't want all my vehicle registered in different states. This guys should be fired on the spot, but wasn't going to ruin my day. Horrible service will not receive my hard earned money, on to the next car company there are plenty. Advice do not waste your time, they think you owe them something. More
