Not only were we able to put my wife in a great vehicle while staying under budget, but the process was seamless and the experience working with Stephen was amazing! Seriously, this guy is phenomenal to work with. He met every single one of our needs while keeping the whole experience light, fun, and comfortable, PLUS he saved us a considerable amount of money compared to everywhere else we've looked. Really enjoyed the buying experience. It started with a call to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. Saif was very personable over the phone, and we set up a time to check out the car. When I got there it was sitting out front and ready to go. He explained the features and said to take it for a drive and to take our time. When we got back there was absolutely no pressure to purchase but from the test drive I knew we wanted the car. The paperwork went smoothly and Saif found us a great interest rate. Best of all there was NO hard sell on the extended warranty! After the deal was done Saif told us that he had another person wanting to purchase the car and he encouraged them to put a deposit down but they did not (their loss and our gain). I was very impressed that he did not disclose that info until after we had agreed to purchase! I'd like to add that we test drove the car when the pavement was wet. A couple days later when we drove it on dry roads I noticed the brakes were squealing. I called Saif and he told us to bring it in and he'd "take care of us". We dropped the car off that evening and the next day Saif called to inform us that the brakes were fixed at no charge to us. I really appreciate an honest dealership where they strive to give total customer satisfaction. Thank you Saif, for a great buying experience on a fantastic car! More
