He spoke with the owner and agreed on a price, when we got there the price went up. I guess we were lucky to make it back to Tn with this BMW. It has been in the garage 4 times in a year for oil leaks. This is sad that they ripped a kid off that lost both of his parents. This car is an absolute piece of junk!!! After looking for 2 months for a specific vehicle this place had 1 of 2 in the entire city. What I expected from the big name national dealers and what I assumed from this smaller franchise was the complete opposite!. Unlimited Motors in Noblesville, valued me as a potential buyer, not just another number like the national dealership treated me. Unlimited Motors in Noblesville treated me with a "buyers" respect, zero-ed in on exactly what 'I" wanted/the customer and didn't try to sell me anything different or upsell. After just 2 visits, purchased the vehicle. I was so impressed with the straight talk, no frills, servicing and financing capabilities - when I brought in a rate, a darn good one, (3.92) they were able to meet or exceed that. Additionally and most important? THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY. Car needed a few tweeks, they got it done, exactly the way we noted and discussed in a timely manner. Can't say the same for the national dealership that I went to for the exact same vehicle. Raj, Spencer and staff, thank you so much!
