I went in with high hopes! All appeared well… purchases a Volvo S60… within 2 weeks I needed new brakes, a fractured engine mount was discovered, anomalies in the electronic sy All appeared well… purchases a Volvo S60… within 2 weeks I needed new brakes, a fractured engine mount was discovered, anomalies in the electronic system, and a litany of customer service blunders. Nice looking cars, but an unfortunate experience… seemed to not care. Had to get leaders involved, and send to counsel ….spent an extra $1000 out of pocket and the “new tires” have all had to be replaced in less than a year. They are better than this… service at main garage was 1st class, but I cannot recommend or return… More

Was nervous about purchasing and having a car shipped without seeing it in person. Joshua was great to work with. Upon request, he sent me a walk around video zooming in and pointing out all cosmetic i without seeing it in person. Joshua was great to work with. Doing all the paperwork through esign and going over the paperwork on a video call made the purchase easy and painless. Once I shipped the wet signature documents needed and they were received, the car was shipped and delivered 3 days later. More
