Terrible experience! !! I will never refer anyone to this location. Van purchased 4/6/23. Check engine light pops on 4/20/23, the next day 4/21/23 van won’t start at all. !! Call the sales person K and he tells us we need to contact our warranty. My husband purchased a 3 year warranty and they want us to use this already??? K provide us his phone number we have been calling playing phone tag with him and his so called boss John May. K finally wants to inform us he’s so called on vacation and John will take care of us. Played phone tag with John. Car was finally picked up and towed to the shop by the dealership. I called a he or two later was told by john that the mechanic was gone for today and he promise 1st thing in the morning Tuesday 4/25 he would figure out what’s wrong. Meanwhile I’m without a vehicle with 3 kids one being an infant. No call so husband calls around 11 van was so called being pulled in to be looked at they will call us back. Still waiting on a call. Phone tag again!! Finally John advise car started when tow driver picked up and car starts at the shop. I advise check engine light is on and car would start the next day. I was told he would talk to mechanic an call me back. John calls back to say battery seems ok but maybe there was a dead cell in battery or something. The battery code was low voltage and evap code. They so called replaced the battery and car could be picked up between now and 8pm I advised I didn’t have a way to pick up vehicle seeing how it was towed I thought they would bring it back. No !!! They didn’t have a driver, John offered to possibly help get a driver to bring it to me today 4/26 maybe around 11am. My husband and I took off from work to go get the vehicle this morning. Arrive around 11am and the check engine light still on. No John or K available. Asked another sales rep to call John. At this point we are livid !! John tried dismissing us cause he was at an auction. Finally he gets on the phone with us tells us to we can take the van with the engine light on and they would figure it out. We said xxxx no ! I asked for a loner or rental to drive my 3 children around. I was told there was only one loner and it’s gone. I was told I had to pay and get my own rental or drive the van with check engine light on. Eventually we let John go cause he was no help nor did he give a care about us. We left and went home. John must still be at the auction because he has yet to contact me or my husband and it is now 6:11pm. I guess we need to contact the BBB, general attorney office and every news station to get our money back cause we definitely don’t want to deal with these people. They don’t care about customer service once the car is sold. DO NOT GO BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! More

Buying a car can be a a little over whelming I'm I right? Not with Unlimited Motors and Jimmy Rosa. They allowed me to conduct my own research on a vehicle that was going to be in my price range without the Not with Unlimited Motors and Jimmy Rosa. They allowed me to conduct my own research on a vehicle that was going to be in my price range without the added pressure. In fact Jimmy encouraged me to look elsewhere and stated "It's ok if you don't buy from us." He was very patient with me and allowed me to test drive a few cars from their lot while providing assistance with other customers. When it was time to seal the deal, the process was very easy and I was out the door with my new Hyundia Santa Fe! Unlimited Motors are your car buying people! Thanks again, Jimmy!! More
