I usually loathe buying cars...this was so different!! We are from the south side and had never heard of Ride N Drive. I called to inquire on a vehicle and told Dan we would be there around 1:00. We arrived at 2:00 and he had it pulled up to the door. We looked it over and Dan greeted us, asking if we wanted to take it for a drive. No pressure, just took my license, made a copy and we left! We were gone for quite a while, taking turns driving and looking it over. Came back to the lot and told them we wanted to talk numbers. Dan had Dave come in to go over financing. No back and forth with the salesman disappearing to the finance office...everyone was right there, communicating openly. Decided to do a trade, so Dan looked up our vehicle and gave us a fair price. Financing came back quickly and numbers were so clean. Dave even turned the screen for us to see the numbers...all of them! Nothing hidden, it was a clean transaction and we were pleased. We then took the vehicle to the south side to pick up our trade. We were gone for 3.5 hours, going through the vehicle and situating kids who had arrived home from school, so we could go back to sign papers. We arrived back right before closing and they were still so nice, no pressure and we were back on the road quickly! I usually loathe buying cars...this was so different!! Really, no pressure. The guys were great to work with, not the usual "hounds" at the lot and the financing was so relaxing. Sitting there with the salesman and the finance guy, vs. the price/finance game of numbers was so nice. We would definitely recommend Dan and Dave at Ride N Drive and we will go back when we are in need of another vehicle. Thanks, guys! More
