I just received the application for the title in the Mail 3/9/2018. Now I have to pay late fees to register the truck along with letters from the lender pressing me to meet registration deadlines. I did not receive a 2nd key for the truck in which I was told I would. I was not able to get the keyless door code password. I was told I'd have to go to the dealership for that, no floor mats. I can understand not having those things on a truck over 100K miles, however this truck only had 40K miles on it. Selling the truck seemed to be the only thing that mattered, not working with the customer to make sure they are satisfied. More

Awesome Experience!!! What can I say? I went to several dealerships which none wanted to work with me or even get in my price range that I was looking for, then I stumbled What can I say? I went to several dealerships which none wanted to work with me or even get in my price range that I was looking for, then I stumbled across Unlimited Motors in Fishers and they had several Hyundai Elantra's I was looking for. I exchanged emails with Tim Smith from there and he was the nicest, easiest, going guy and im glad I talked to him. I applied for credit approval through their website (I applied late afternoon close to closing hours) and the next day he follows back up with me. He told me I was approved and my price. I wasn't thrilled at first with the price but he realized he had gap insurance on the approval so he quickly changed it. It came back a little better so I asked if there was anymore room to work with and he comes back about an hour later (email wise) and gave me a price I was looking for and I told him ok my wife and I will come in and if everything checks out we will sign the papers. ( The car was already in great pricing range to begin with at 10,500 but after all paper work Tim came down on price to 10,172) So the next day my wife and I ended up making the trip to Fishers. We took the car for a test drive and immediately talked about in the car that we both liked the car and we wanted to make that deal. So we went back to the lot and waiting roughly 30 mins to talk to Tim again (he had another customer from out of state) So we chilled in the waiting room. After that we went back into his office and started paper work right now and everything checked out from what price he gave me and didnt give me one problem. I wish more dealerships was more like Tim Smith. Someone who cares to sell a car more than to make every dollar. He was very fair with price and came down to where my wife and I was most comfortable. We even exchanged emails a couple more times after I purchased the car to check up on when I should receive paper work to get my plates for the car and he even returned those emails as well. For all that I appreciate you Tim! If I ever need another vehicle and Tim is still there I will have to make another visit to Unlimited Motors of Fishers, Indiana More
