Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. They were timely in their online responses & text messages. However I’m only giving 3 stars for a couple of reasons. After leaving the dealership I noticed a headlight was out. When I texted the salesman he said “sorry I forgot to check that”. I guess I should have checked it but it is not legal for a car to leave the lot without proper working headlights. The other reason is that the car was advertised as having remote start when it does not. Again, something I should have tested myself. Overall I am happy with the purchase. It was a smooth & easy process. More
