Service writer took advantage of my nephew who is slow. The man talked really fast and got him to sign for over $700 worth of service work he did not need. (Example: oil change when he'd had one in the last 2 weeks; tire balance and rotation when he'd had that done to brand new tires in the last month; transmission flush when it wasn't due for another 3,500 miles.) When we went to the dealership to talk to them about what they did, they said too bad, he signed for the work. Legally, they are correct. But you can tell within 2 minutes of talking to our nephew that he is slow. They definitely took advantage of the young man. More

I got a Kia from them with 20,000 miles the car broke down at 45,000 miles I took it in to get fixed they scratched my car then try to pass it off like nothing was wrong then when I brought it back they down at 45,000 miles I took it in to get fixed they scratched my car then try to pass it off like nothing was wrong then when I brought it back they took a picture before they brought it in and it clearly showed there was no damage when I brought it in so they took a week to fix something that only takes a few hours to fix then they scratch my car and tried to just push it off on me like nothing was wrong then gave me an attitude when I force them to put me in a rental car for a day I came back to get my car they didn't wash it they barely busted and the scratches are still there they are highly unprofessional And rude do not get any cars or service from them More

Long story short 6 weeks they had my car 6 WEEKS, and costed me 3k. The Car wouldn't start so we had it towed to kia. Service dept called few days later and said they figured out the problem, car was good to go. Then he says but, your radio won't turn off, was that happening before? said nope that's a new one. He then stated that it was where we jumped the car off,( it's a hybrid, curse me for wanting to reduce my stupid carbon footprint) I said i know you can't jump hybrids under the hood, he said well the tow truck did it. I said nah the tow truck driver knew not to and he loaded it up and brought it straight to kia without getting under the hood or the trunk. Didn't hear anything on the car for a week, so i called, was told my tech has been working for kia 22 years and he can't figure it out and he is on the phone with kia head quarters going back and forth trouble shooting. Said ok cool text me, keep me updated. Another week goes by, nothing. I call again they tell me the service person that i had been talking to was no longer there and he was suppose to have called to asked if they could run a 230 dollar diagnostic. I said well i'm kinda screwed here so run it. Got called back wasn't what they thought, but they knew now and that is was ganna be a 800 dollar part. Once again what can i do? So order the part dude. Didn't hear anything for awhile again. So called they said oh your part came in should be thursday. waited for a call back, text, e-mail, carrier pigeon. Heard nothing so i called back on a monday. oh your part got her saturday we are ganna have it till at least wednesday. I mean why not they had it over a month by this time what's 2 days? Got a text that same day which was 8/31/20 car should be ready tomorrow by 5:30 after all, omg awesome and a day earlier than expected!! Then asked if price had been discussed, said no sir only the 230 diagnostic and the 800 dollar part you told me. He said ok its $3200.00.... wait. What? Ok once again what can i do but shell out the 3k and die a little inside. So next day Called at 4:30 was told the finishing touches were being done and it would be good to go at 5:30! In route to kia got called at 5:20 (guess who) now car wasn't ganna be done after all. Said ok, cool(I was only half way through an hour drive to kia),said yah just let me know didn't hear anything so i called 9/8/20 and they said the car was finally ready!!! After 6 weeks! So get there to get the car and ask what did 6 weeks and $3,000 dollars get me? Like seriously i just got to know! This xxx car is worth like 4k on a good day and I'm being generous. I mean muddy paw prints, nephew spilled an entire bottle of formula back there, multiple coffee stains, hit a door on memorial parkway. list goes on man. Looked over the summary there was a battery i never approved and while looking at the rest of the bill i was informed by the service manager that whatever agreement i had with "charlie was not their responsiblity" i asked the service manager what would he do without a car for 6 weeks? How would he manage? Honestly would that not complicate your life a little? He said honestly i'm prepared and have an extra car. I however, suck at life and do not indeed have a backup car. So dear sweet merciful jesus stay away from this place! At least if you need auto repair. Cause for all i know 3k is a good price but no one took the time to say it's this much because of this or that. I just had a poor girl working the counter looking confused as xxxx not knowing what is with this "karen" and then a service manager saying it was his predecessor's fault. Good luck friends. More

The only reason I marked one star is because they did not have zero stars rating available. I wrote a review several weeks ago about the pathetic service and sales tactics this establishment uses. To my surprise I received an invitation to speak with one of them implying they wanted to see if they could resolve our dissatisfaction. I blame myself for even thinking that would be their attitude. From the beginning it was a cover/defend/justify. Again that’s on me. As I mentioned in the review, this is my opinion and my opinion only. I would knowingly pay double rather than take a vehicle there or look to purchase one. Life is too short. More

Service Department is awful I have had multiple bad experiences at this dealerships service department. I would not bring my car here for service. Not only do they overcharge for simple services, but they also charged me a $120 to diagnose a rattling noise in my car saying I needed new struts at the time, but I later found out with the help of a friend that it was actually a loose screw. We tightened the screw and the noise went away. I am very disappointed with the service at this location. More
