At the time I bought my first Kia I was very satisfied, then I traded and now have my second forte that has only 65,000 miles and 1 more year to be paid off. My issue is that when I purchased it brand new then I traded and now have my second forte that has only 65,000 miles and 1 more year to be paid off. My issue is that when I purchased it brand new in 2019 I was sold an insurance policy on electronics in which is added to my payment. I wasn't told there were different kinds of electronic policies just that my electronics were covered to 100,000 miles. My backup camera is going out and I believe it is a default on Kias part because it has some sort of glue or something around the edges that can be seen when looking at it and one service tech said it was some sort of retention. Insurance says I don't have the correct policy to cover this and Kia takes No responsibility! A 1200.00 dollar part on a fairly new car and no one is responsible! While Kia may sale the heck out of cars they suck when it comes to Responsibility after the sale. I believe Kia should be responsible considering it is Absolutely a defect! More

Friday August 25,2023 I had my 2022 telluride in for oil change, tire rotation…. When I picked up my vehicle, once again, after being charged with tire rotation, ( The same, happened March 2021, another tel change, tire rotation…. When I picked up my vehicle, once again, after being charged with tire rotation, ( The same, happened March 2021, another telluride I own) my tires were not rotated. I immediately went into show room, oh no you will not see the manager, but few under him…. Yes they , did the I’m so sorry, and we trust you are telling the truth ( marked and video, of me doing so before dropping off Thursday august 24th- so yes I’m telling the truth! They took care of the bill, and apologized, BUT that’s not the true answer… did they change my oil filter, how do you trust one, once this happened twice! Who else did they do this to?? Once trust is broken, it’s hard to get it back. Now do I get treated right, my next trip into service department? More
